Returns and Exchanges
Currently we do not offer Refunds. Only Select Exchanges and Store Credits Within 7 days of delivery. Once you receive your package and would like to exchange, please contact us for return instructions and exchange process. Click Restock Exchange Fee for more information on returns and exchanges.
It is ideal for customers to order the correct size product. If client is unsure of product please refer our size chart or one of our specialist will assist you via email.
Customer Requested Cancellations
Our system is designed to process and ship orders. After you have clicked "Send My Order," you cannot cancel or change your order.
Emails
We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for a response due to HIGH volume of orders and Inquiries. A specialist will be in touch with you once you have sent us an email.
Payments
ShapedPerfect accepts all payments through our website. Paypal Users are also able to use the Paypal Option at checkout. Otherwise an order can be placed regularly by clicking "Purchase" and entering card information.
Shipping
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.shapedperfect.com and where those items will be delivered, a few different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will be based on the shipping method of choice and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.

We offer several shipping methods for deliveries in the United States.

Canadian Shipping
We offer shipping to Canada via Standard Ground USPS only.

When purchasing any Shaped Perfect product, it’s important to find the size that’s right for you. Due to the slimming nature of our garments, picking a size too small won’t give you extra shaping but will cause bulges and discomfort.

What are my measurements?
First, let’s narrow down what you’re trying to measure! Some helpful tips: when measuring your bust, ensure your tape measure is around the fullest part of your chest. Measure your waist by doing a mini “crunch” in the air. The part that bends? That’s your waist! When measuring your hips, aim to get your tape measure around the fullest part (when you sit, where your hips bend)!
I’m in between sizes. What should I do?
Our size charts are designed to be used as a measurement guide. If you’re outside the lines, don’t fret.
Here are some tips to help you get the right SPANX on!
Never Size Down! Due to the slimming nature of our garments, picking a size too small won’t give you extra shaping but will cause bulges and discomfort.

Care
How do I wash my ShapedPerfect Waist products?
We do not recommend our garments to be washed in a washing machine. Here are some general care instructions:
Shapers/Bras/Tights/Slips Our Shapers, Bras, Tights and Slips are considered delicate and can be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. You may also use wet wipes to clean your item.
Apparel- Apparel can be machine washed in cold water with like colors on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry and iron as needed.
