Effective June 1st 2014, exchanges will be accepted and granted after 7 days of delivery. It is ideal for customers to order the correct sizing, however we allow exchanges for you to get the correct sizing.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please let us know! Email Us Immediately With an Image of your product, Or Call Us. 

When you call, we'll need:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the damage or defect.

  • Once you are approved to return item due to defect we will not be responsible for shipping, A discounted shipping fee will be assessed.
