Effective June 1st 2014, exchanges will no longer be provided. It is deemed against the company policy to exchange undergarments. We are unable to process exchanges at the moment. A detailed description of the damage or defect.
Once you are approved to return item due to defect we will not be responsible for shipping, A discounted shipping fee will be assessed.
